In my arms
I grace the warmth of your little body
You hold on tightly to my hand
With fingers yet so tiny


In your touch
I find the silkiest softness of joy
In each breath
I hear the sweet coo of life’s envoy

In my bosom is warmth kindled by you
Exuding affection on your birth of joy
Each of your twists and turnsGiving me hope upon hope


For you are the reason, for life to go on and on
As I bend down to kiss your rosy cheekExalted I am by the sweet aroma
